Kate's thoughts - I've been going to Tasha's classes for a year now. The classes are fab, and Tasha ensures they are friendly and welcoming to everyone, no matter where they are on their pilates journey. She encourages everyone to go at their own pace whilst also making sure we can push ourselves too. I have seen real improvements in my strength and fitness since going. Thank you Tasha!

Kathy's experience - Tasha’s Paus retreats are restorative for body and mind. What I especially appreciate about them is that you can ‘come as you are’. By yourself or with others. Feeling good or feeling fragile

Tim's view - Tasha is a fantastic pilates teacher and coach. I've trained with her for more years than I care to remember! Her classes are always great fun and rewarding. She's first rate at tailoring the exercises and her programmes to the needs and abilities of her students.

Steph's feelings - Tasha’s classes are really enjoyable and you get a good body workout at the same time. They are fun, but you can also challenge yourself a lot or a little depending on your mood or how your body’s feeling that day. I’m always more stretched out, relaxed and happy afterwards. The structure is consistent but the exercises vary every week so it never gets boring and Tasha’s great at explaining and demonstrating everything really clearly.  I’d be lost without my weekly Pilates input. It keeps everything in my body moving, more supple and strong.

Bill's progress - I noticed benefits in my posture and core strength in sports within 3 months of starting pilates with Tasha and 2025 will be my 7th year at her classes
